All sales are made under the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, you are automatically accepting the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. For the purposes of these conditions JKC Europe Ltd trading as Industrial Lifting Bags will be referred to as Industrial Lifting Bags.
Parties to the Contract
The contract is between you (The Buyer) and Industrial Lifting Bags (The Seller) whose registered office is at UNIT 14 ST DAVIDS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, LLANSAMLET, SWANSEA, SA6 8RX, Wales. The goods shall be the products supplied by the seller to the buyer according to these terms and conditions.
Terms of Purchase
You can purchase industrial lifting bags from us in 2 ways:
- Choose an item from our online shop and pay using a secure service powered by Worldpay
- Contact us directly with your requirements and pay by BACS or over the phone.
We will take payment from your card at the time you place your order. We will contact you if we have any problems taking payment from the card details you provide during the order process. Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and, in the event of us not accepting your order, a full refund will be given as soon as reasonably possible (and in any event within 14 days of us advising you that your order has not been accepted). Funds will need to be cleared and in our bank account (which may take up to 3 working days) before the order can be accepted.
All prices shown are in GBP. Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
The prices shown do not include any delivery costs, which will be added to your total order price where applicable. Except where otherwise set out in these Terms of Sale, the price payable by you for the goods is the price given by Industrial Lifting Bags before you place your order. All products remain the property of Industrial Lifting Bags until paid for in full.
Whilst we try to ensure that all the prices on Industrial Lifting Bags Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email. If you decide to cancel your order after we have informed you of a pricing error and you have already paid for the goods, we will give you a full refund within 14 days of cancellation.
Free UK delivery on all orders over £500
We will always process your order straight away and all our parcels, unless otherwise stated will be sent on Next Day Service. If it is in stock you can expect to receive it within 2 - 4 working days from point of order, if not we aim to manufacture and despatch within 5 - 7 days.
If for whatever reason we are not able to fulfill the order within the stated period, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel. (Please see below for faster service)

You are also free to arrange for your own courier or collect from our workshop at Swansea if preferable.

Delivery will, be made by a trusted third party courier service, directly from us to the client. Delivery times are given in good faith and approximate only. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect expenses caused due to late delivery. We make every effort to deliver all your items within the specified period set and we will always do everything within our power to keep to a delivery date, but there may be circumstances beyond our control that can cause delays.
You must be present to receive the delivery and sign for it. You must ensure that, at your own expense, adequate and appropriate equipment and manual labour is available for unloading the Goods at the place where the Goods will be delivered. Responsibility of the goods will not pass to you until we have delivered the goods and received a signature. From this time, risk of damage to, or loss of the items, passes to you. We advise you to inspect the goods upon delivery. If any items were lost or damaged in transit, we ask that you report them to the delivery driver and inform us also.
The Return policy Industrial Lifting Bags complies with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000
If any damages are discovered, it is the buyer's responsibility to notify us in writing via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours following the delivery time. Any claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. Through this we will organise the return of goods and arrange for either a refund or replacement.
Should the buyer decide the goods ordered are not what he or she wants, then an email stating this must be sent to the above email within five days of receipt of Goods. Industrial Lifting Bags will only accept a return if the good are unused and undamaged, and returned within 14 days from point of order. Refund will be at purchase price, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return of the good.
Privacy and Your Security
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases.
By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Usage of Bags
All of our bags come brand new and certified, all bags are subject to inspection every 6 months. It is the owners responsibility to make sure the bags are inspected every 6 months in accordance with your national regulations.
A safety information leaflet accompanies all orders. You (the buyer) must follow these guidelines when using the product. Should there be a fault, the bag will be sent to a certified third party for examination. If the report states that the fault is as a result of poor manufacturing and/or quality control, Industrial Lifting Bags can either send a replacement bag or issue a full refund. However, should the report state that the fault is due improper use (not in accordance to the safety information leaflet provided), then Industrial Lifting Bags WILL NOT be liable to issue a replacement or a refund.

Your Right to Cancel
Customs bags which are made to your specific requirement cannot be cancelled once we have accepted your order. It is possible that amendments may be accepted prior to prodcution by which you will be notified by email. Any amendment application must be made and accepted by email.
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel the Contract between us if:
a) We have insufficient stock to fulfill the order or you have ordered items which have been discontinued.
b) A pricing error had occurred on the Website.
